UNLEASHING YOUR GENIUS UNDER PRESSURE
Saturday, Feb 6th 10am-5pm Whidbey Island, WA
When the going gets tough, the resilient get playful. Not because they ignore what’s happening, but because they’re smart enough to know how to stay smart enough so they can respond most effectively.
This experiential 1-day workshop/playshop offers the key practices for keeping yourself resourced and resourceful:
- recognizing when you’ve gone from fluid to stuck – and how to get back in the flow
- cultivating the capacity to Center in good times and bad (this alone can change your life)
- priming the pump for thinking outside the box aka seeing solutions that no one else sees
- using the healing salves of nature, art, movement, and laughter to keep yourself creative and connected
- learning the craft of the Fool (as in the only one in the King’s court who could say the truth and get away with it) as a way to break tension and upgrade conversations
The day will be full (that’s why we’re asking you to bring your lunch) and if you go home tired, it will be from laughing and learning. We’ll be active in small groups and partner exercises and you’ll have opportunity to dance with your self-conscious “Oh, I couldn’t” wall and step beyond it.
If you want to be more effective in your world, feel less burdened, and experience a greater sense of well-being, join us.
