Coaching Groups

Team WorkGroups meet twice a month by teleconference for a minimum of 3 months.

Each group includes:

* a committed learning community of 6-12 people

* specific practices and assignments

* personalized mentoring and feedback

* technology to share documents & discussions

* no need for travel or high costs

If you are interested in participating in any of these groups, a conversation with Victoria is encouraged so you can get a sense of the structure, requirements, and outcomes.  All groups rely on confidentiality, authentic and candid participation, completion of assignments, and spirited engagement for the 3 months.

ALPHA WOMEN ~ GETTING OFF THE HAMSTER WHEEL

For:         Over-responsible, over-achieving, over-committed women who want to make their contribution in the world AND have a rich, rewarding life

When:     Tuesdays 12noon Pacific time March 16 – May 4

Alpha Women know all about getting stuff done, it’s the living in ease and flow that is evasive. And we tend to use ourselves up til we’re just living on fumes – and think we’re just fine.  This group is targeted for women who are ready to claim the rewards of being brilliant, talented, and a natural leader.  We will address specific issues and challenges of group members, understand the Alpha Woman phenomenon, and develop awareness and practices for how to include our own well-being in our definition of success. It’s not necessarily about doing less but rather about shifting how we operate so that pleasure, satisfaction, and relatedness are constant and natural perks to our Way of Being.


ABUNDANCE AS A WAY OF BEING

For:       Graduates of the Embodied Abundance telecourse (pre-requisite)

When:   Wednesdays 8am Pacific time starting Jan 13th

Cost:     $75 a month or $195 if 3-month tuition paid by Jan 8th

We will build on all the distinctions and practices from the telecourse, so this is a Level 2 program. This group will address specific issues and challenges of group members in how to truly live in flow.   Through our conversations, private discussion e-room, assignments, and recorded calls, group members will practice living in the world with ease and effectiveness really.

For:        Individuals who want to sharpen & embolden their offer in the world

When:    Wednesdays 10am Pacific time starting Feb 3

Cost:       $75 a month or $195 if 3-month tuition paid by Feb 1st

Developing a strong and compelling offer is essential for entrepreneurs and contributors in organizations who want to be effective and impactful.  This group addresses what impedes clarifying and presenting our distinct offer to the world.  We will work with the power of language and embodiment to find the intersection of where “your deep gladness meets the world’s great need”. Group members will bring their specific issues and intentions and we will leverage the power of the learning community to accelerate action.
